Update - Bomb Threat

Yeah my life has got more interesting today. Hence why I am home early.

Many of you know that I work at a Wal-Mart. Today (and from what I learned yesterday) were very interesting.

Yesterday they had some sort of gas leak. People had to leave and such.

Today was more interesting At about 7:00 PM central time people have to leave the store. Everyone had to leave. The reason a bomb threat was made. I'm not going to go in depth but... people do get to leave early.

Yes it is on the local news. (I found that out a minute before I posted this.)

Unfortunately, I didn't get the Mahri because they sold out. That ain't important.

I won't be posting the link and video(until it is on another website) because of some other stories it has but I do have the article.

Saukville Walmart Evacuated

Bomb threat called in but nothing found inside store.

Lauren Leamanczyk

Saukville--A bomb scare prompted police to evacuate all customers and employees at the Saukville Walmart Wednesday night.

Saukville Police Chief William Meloy told TODAY'S TMJ4 that a bomb threat was phoned into the store shortly before 7p.m. The store was evacuated shortly after. It is believed the call came from a phone inside Walmart.

Local officials called the Milwaukee Co. Sheriff's Dept. bomb squad to assist. Three dogs combed the store, but found nothing.

Police officers were on scene interviewing employees.

The might have some in back. I didn't get to check.

We got a bomb threat once. Disgruntled employee. Luckily, t'was a hoax.

They think it was an employee. Nothing was found though.

Did they call in a bomb disposal unit?

They called in dogs to search.

Nope, never had a code Black, or Blue, or Red or Brown or White, or even Adam for that matter, while I was working at store 521.

Although I know code Blacks were enacted at just about every Walmart less than 50 miles north of I-10/I-12 in 2005 for hurricanes Katrina & Rita, but that was the "no one is caught by surprise" type.
