So Massachusetts had a huge lottery in celebration of the 4th of July, call the Star Spangled Sweepstakes. It was a scratch ticket lottery.

The grand prize was 20 million. 10 chances of winning a million, and 40 chances of winning 250 grand. So basically it is 40 million total.

I of course entered, because it isn't everyday Omi plays the lottery. In fact this would be the first time I ever purchased a scratch ticket since I turned 18. I only bought 2 tickets, and paid half for a third ticket (which means if it won, I get half of winnings). Tickets were 20 bucks each, so this thing was a huge deal

I knew the chances of winning would be slim, but I still gave it shot anyways.

Winners were revealed last night. And I didn't win.

That was my 4th of July.
