Lunar Eclipse

Argetlam

I just found out that there's a Lunar Eclipse on August 28th that will be visible for most (if not all) of North America. The moon will turn completely red as it passes through Earth's shadow. This event will last a few hours, and there won't be another Lunar Eclipse visible in North America for over a year. Be sure that you at least try to see it, as it is quite a sight to behold.

Those are pretty cool, aren't they?

Yes, they are. It's amazing that as the moon passes into a shadow, it turns red instead of black.
