I Need Your Help

So I read a letter our Senior sponsor sent out this week and it said that we have to take our Senior portraits before August 10th because of yearbook deadlines (we get our books the last week of school, instead of the following Fall.) I'll be gone August 2-8, so I'd like to take my pics before I go so I don't have to worry about them when I get back. Nevertheless, I've decided that I'm going to cut my hair to try and get the best pictures. However, I don't know how I want to cut my hair. This is where I need your help:

Two years (or was it only one year?) ago I went drastic and cut a bunch of my hair off. Result:

Drastic

Some other time I got a little less chopped off. Result:

Not-so-drastic

I don't know if I want to go as drastic as the first shot, or just be safe and go with the second option. My Senior pics will be with me for the rest of my life, people. This is a big decision! :P

This is how long my hair currently is:

Current

And I get to look through my baby pictures to pick out a few for the yearbook as well. I'm rather excited; I was such a cute baby. :D

This is not a question. Go with the second one.

Also, why wouldn't getting yearbooks last week/day/whatever of school be standard procedure? Sure, the fact your crew is starting work already scares me, but at least it's released at a sane time...

[/color]But if I went with the first, the principle wouldn't be on my case for atleast the first half of the year.

Some schools down here don't get their yearbooks till the next school year (to include Spring activities and such.) The yearbook had to be completed by about March last year. :/

Yeah, well, your principal lacks a sense of style. :P

Your group is just nuts. Our crew only really worked on the thing from January to May, and we were done in time for a mid-June handout. Got the later events in, too. Then again, we can't all be graced by the Yearbook Spirits. ;)

Considering the lack of enthusiasm and general disinterest, it's a good thing we started early last year or the few of us who really cared wouldn't have sent anything in to the company for printing. <_<

My school also hands out yearbooks the following fall, but only at the senior high school (Juniors and Seniors only in this building), in order to put spring activities, prom, and graduation itself into the book. Add into this that the book was a good two-hundred + pages, in all-color, and there was no way we were getting it before the fall.

It probably didn't help that we had ~1000 kids graduating each year from the school.

Also, as Tufi said. Option 2. How this is even up for debate confuses and saddens me. If anything, your current hair is too short.

I was pushing to get to have a full-color bookfor this upcoming year, but the school didn't want to deal with the costs. Really, all we'd have to do is start selling ads sooner in the year. But I'd love to have our Jr./Sr. and graduation in the book, even if we got the books later in the Fall. Of course, then we wouldn't be able to sign each other's books.

I agree, my current hair is too short. Pity the principle has a vendetta against anything modern and long-ish hair.

Just get the Kex/ET special: all minions should look alike. :P

They're too young for me to look like them. :P

That brings the total to about 3 for option "Not-so-drastic." Of course, it really boils down to what the sisters say. :P

Vendetta against long-ish hair?! :o Blasphemer!

Dude, my hair is, like, near shoulder length in my Senior Portrait. Longer than yours in that third pic. Long is always cool. :P
