Lucky we got a finished basement now, increases usable square footage, and the home theater kept the kids amused. They spent the time watching that Ben 10 movie on Cartoon Network. Admittedly I spent an hour and a half doing the same thing. But the first time, they were watching the encore.

I'm CGing a logo right now, doing some metal textures, liking how it's turning out but darn is it time consuming.

I saw Rush Hour 3 today. Freakin' hilarious, and awesome action sequences. Jackie Chan + Chris Tucker = win ^^

It's really scary how movies here are half the price of movies in NY, quite literally. I saw the above movie for $7.50, saw Transformers in NY for $15.00.

I'm practicing my Maya. I recently looked up a very basic tutorial for skeletons and I essentially got two cylinders and a sphere to work as a thigh, knee, and calf. Exceedingly basic, of course, but with some practice I'll get the basic idea down and be able to do more complex stuff. Today I also, for no apparent reason, modelled a number 2 plus rod. There are certainly easier ways to do it than how I did it, but... whatever. Still practicing.

And my sister got a soccer ball.
