I'd say Hewkii. He may not look that cool, but his parts are MOCing gold, as far as I'm concerned.

Hewkii, methinks. Though he has his flaws (and a fair few of them), they aren't as numerous as Nuparu's. He also has a bunch of pieces in new colors, and I personally like the Garai better than the Volitak.

Nuparu has that shield, though...

Well, it seems like the votes for Hewkii are unanimous. Unless I get some really positive feedback for Nuparu, I think I'll go with Hewkii.

They're both great, but I like Nuparu better. He's easier to pose, his mask is awesome, and his shield owns.
