Okay, first, clear some space in the room your in. About the size of eight doughnuts put into a big circle (Note: You don't ACTUALLY have to use doughnuts). Then move those out of the way and run in a circle for about two minutes. Then sit down and look around. Everything spins! This makes the world literally revlolve around you for a moment in time!
