I've had the same problem recently. Minus the nosebleeds and headaches.

My nose has been cloggy too, but like pangaru nothing as serious as your bleeds or headaches.

Ick. I have the runny nose as well, but only at school.... maybe I'm allergic?

Anyway, if it helps, heres what I do to feel better:

Runny nose: take a shower and blow your nose in the hot water. All icky phlegm will be gone.

Bloody nose: Not much to offer here, but just stuff a wad of tissue up your nose and wait for bleeding to subside.

Headache: Take a nap and/or rub your temples lightly, it helps. If all else fails, take an Advil or a Tylenol.

Ugh, sadness. I had this throughout the entire SUmmer (OR for 10 weeks of Summer anyways) I would get over it and be fine for about a day or two, and then I'd go back to the doctor with a relapse of the same thing.

Bleh, the nose bleeds and headaches are the worst, I had those often. >.>
