Person 1: "Oh no, this drought is terrible! The water tank is three-quaters empty, and we won't be able to power the hydro-electricity plant for the people in town!"

Person 2: "Or is it a quater full?"

Trust me, you will have no friends if you try something similar to that. And it's not even funny.

BTW, never make fun of droughts either. They are a bad business.

Well, today is a sad day, because it's the last day of these holidays. Now it is this final haul, as it is the last term EVER for me at high school. Which is great. And then on to College! Boo-freaking-yah.
