Truth be told, it looks a little rough to me. Did you sketch out a design on paper and then transfer it to the pumpkin? Those usually turn out to be okay quality (unless your picture is really bad too) If this is something you just started cutting into without a previous design plan... well, it's okay for that, but could be better. (Thinking: am I the one to critique pumpkin carving when my last pumpkin's pirate ship turned out to be a disaster... well, maybe just a little...)

Overall though, it's a cool idea and gets the basic image across. I still am not quite sure what the results are from the "squirrel attack" though... and why was your pumpkin dueling with a squirrel?

I'm not the most artistic person around...if that answers your thoughts on it being bad....
