Rainbow And Demolay In October 2007

How hectic, my life is. I've been online, but no time to write. I did have another entry, though:

Idid a lot with Rainbow this month, along with a couple Demolay (boy's group) events.

Foothill Chapter Demolay Installation: The theme was halloween, and one of my friends became Sweetheart! (Sweetheart and Princess are the two offices for gilrs) The Master Counsilor began his second term. They had a dance after.

Sunshine Assembly's Installation: The theme was also Halloween, and our Worthy Advisor began her second term. I was pleasantly surprised: even though our event was on a Tuesday night, we still had time for a short dance.

Citrus Assembly's Installation: Darn it, I forgot the theme! The theme was "There are so many doors, and I am not afraid to open them!" The WA (a past Grand Officer, too) chose this theme because several of the members are about to majority.

Helen G. Assembly's Installation: When I thought I was done, I got another phone call: "Can you help at our Installation?" asked the WA-elect. Soon, I was in the car with one of Citrus Assembly's girl (who was also helping out.) Helen G.'s theme was building, because they are building their membership.

Shrine Dance! All the local Masonic youth groups attended this event. Sunshine, Foothill Chapter, and the Covina Job's Daughters rode a school bus together. At the party itself, one could find many freebies from the raido station DJ, treats from the Shriners, contests, and of course dancing. I will post pictures from the Shrine Dance later.

And then Halloween was the usual.
