One Down, Five Down, And One Day To Go
One, I finally have a complete set of six Kanohi of the same color from 2001-3: Onua's original six, thanks to the black Kakama I got in the mail a few days ago. Yes, I know, shameful of me, but I'm not really a completionist – I only seek out masks if I actively want or need them, sooo... once I get a blue Akaku I'll have Gali's six, and if I had a green Pakari Nuva I would have had all of Lewa Nuva's in 2003.
Five, as a result of getting an Infected Hau alongside the black Kakama, is the number I now have of rare/semi-rare masks I'm interested in getting. Currently I have the copper Huna, poisoned Hau Nuva, transparent neon green Miru, golden Vahi, and ice blue Kaukau. What I still need are the orange Vahi, copper Komau, chrome Hau, and any other misprints I can lay my hands on, but the eight listed are of greatest interest. I might add the light gold Kraahkan to those; not sure...
One again is the amount of days left to finish the yearbook: it's due tomorrow. I'm not nearly as stressed out about it as Sandy, the editor, is, but even so the stuff I have left to do (mainly photographs to take tomorrow) is making me a bit frazzled...
Then yesterday was the school's Valentine's Day Banquet, which the junior class hosts, so I was at school for a bit under 13 hours yesterday. And now my shoulders hurt from lifting all sorts of things in setting up... wasn't bad, though. The punch was good.
And happy Valentine's Day to all and all that. Yum, chocolate.
