Probably true, though the story degrades in Halo 3. Becomes much more... pointless. It's like your fighting for fightings sake most of the time.

I meant you can save a checkpoint on The Maw, and then go play The Pillar of Autumn, and then go back to the checkpoint you saved on The Maw. You can only do that on PC.

I like star Wars better, but that Doesn't stop Halo from being awesome.

The Star Wars plot is way more extensive and interesting, but Halo has better games. Probably 'cause that's what they're all about. Plus SW music is better. I'm listening to Episode VI right now. But in Halo 3, half the time I didn't know what I was doing. There were some good fights that took place, though. Ah well. SW is just a hair better I guess.

LotF? Yes, and it's not too bad, but Jacen is another one of those whiny characters that SW seems to spawn in unusual numbers, and it is beginning to irritate me.

Anybody that disagrees with that "Dune Ripoff" comment should read this.

You know what's better than both? Foundation.

Let me give you one fact that proves Star Wars is a ripoff of it: In Foundation, the capital of the Galactic Empire is a planet known as Trantor which is covered entirely by one gigantic city.

Yeah, that's it.

But that idea has been used in dozens of sci-fi stories, and even if George Lucas did steal it from Isaac Asimov specifically, it's only one aspect; The entire plot and all the characters are the same as Dune.
