I hope you have learned your lesson, dearest of BBCs. A vignette needs a base. Yes, a vignette is a scene. No, it's not a scene with a bunch of MOCs set on a table. The base needs to belong to the MOC. That is, you know, sort of the point of a vignette. You build the scenery, the characters, the landscape, etc. It's literally as if you took a 'slice out of life'. It's like you cross-sectioned a moment frozen in time.
