Followers 0 IME, the hardest thing to do in any video game is play through it without killing anyone. But at least it's possible in Deus Ex. Oh, and I finished my MOC for the Lego show. Not particularly good photos, but it's meant to be seen IRL. ~D
GMan Posted April 9, 2008 That's cool, but you should see the Tripods from League of Extraordinary Gentlemen volume II. Seriously, man. Quote Link to comment
Zyrox Posted April 9, 2008 No offense but you can do better. Maybe make some more (tripods), and fill in the landscape a bit better, right now the only exciting part is the alien tripod walker thingie. ))Z(( Quote Link to comment
cags//cunninghat/2x2b Posted April 9, 2008 I don't think I have the parts to do another walker, sadly. Might it look better if I halved the base size? Otherwise, I doubt I'd be able to build enough terrain. ~D Quote Link to comment
Zyrox Posted April 9, 2008 If it means adding more terrain, than yes! And maybe some panicking people running away too? Also where is this supposed to be happening? It looks kinda like a park because of the trees, but the path/door thing make me think otherwise. ))Z(( Quote Link to comment

Maybe I should make a gazebo sort of thing, instead of just the door. EDIT: Also, Pohatu Newva's arm things make good rocks. ~D Quote Link to comment
Zyrox Posted April 9, 2008 Yes, I think it'll look much better with more terrain/scenery. Oh... Maybe a dead body or two? Not skeletons, but dead people. Yes, and broken/crushed gazebo would really add to it, maybe there could be a minfig trapped inside the rubble. One other thing, if you can, get rid of the black on the path, it doesn't look very park-like. (And just an idea, but add a slight curve to it {like a winding path around a park}) ))Z(( Quote Link to comment

I should probably just use minifigs minus a part or two each, as anyone fully hit by the Heat Ray would just be steam. Gazebo was a tad to complicated to work properly, but there'll still be rubble of some sort. Going to have the fig diving behind some of it, but still getting hit. Not sure it I have the parts to substitute for the black nits, but I'll see. Don't think I can add a curve, but I can make the path go at an angle. ~D Quote Link to comment
