Assassin’s Creed

The Third Crusade is tearing the Holy Land apart. You are an elite Assassin sent to stop the hostilities by suppressing the powers on both the Crusader and Saracen sides. But as you carry out your missions, a conspiracy begins to unfold. You find yourself tangled up in a conflict that threatens not only the Holy Land, but the entire world.

So I’ve been wanting this game for like…ever. And it just recently came out on PC (Has already been out on 360 and PS3 for awhile now), which is awesome. So though this crazy life of moving and work, I was able to save up enough money for it.

The scariest part is…my mom actually let me buy it. o_o She and I talked about it, and she gave me a bit of a lecture on stuff, but overall, she said she trusted me and thought I was mature enough to handle it.

So, I’m very happy and feeling good that my mom and I actually talked about it and she trusted me. I’m sure a lot of you guys don’t have issues like that with games, but my parent’s are very strict, so it was awesome. :D And I’m even happier than I ordered it for $30 instead of the normal $50 price.

No I just gotta prepare my computer for it and its insanely high requirements. D:<

(Also yes I am working on my AC15, hopefully I can finish it in a few days.)

Sounds pretty cool. Unfortunately, I can't install any games on my computer anymore. So can you do me a favor and tell me what I'm missing? :) ~♪

This game is EPIC WIN.

And when I say EPIC WIN, I mean EPIC WIN.

IT'S EPIC.

And it WINS.

And STUFF.

...

Just watch out for the lepers.

They will punch you in the head.

I'm only allowed to play like three teen rated games, so consider yourself lucky on the game front. :P

How's the game?

Well, you're growing up. It's natural that your parents have placed many restrictions, and natural that they see reason to relieve some of them. Just so long as you make sure your siblings don't see you playing and become obsessed with it-- video games intended for mature or semi-mature players + immature players or watchers = recipe for disaster. Trust me, I'm thanking God that my little brother has finally stopped talking about Need-for-Speed, and now LEGO's contributing to his and others' notions that "Police are annoying and not your friends." Drugs in media I understand, violence in media I understand, sexual content in media I understand. But explicitly patronizing the defiance of the enforcers of order and morality, and making kids feel that such are their enemies? That I simply don't get.

Meh. I rambled way too much in that paragraph. Short version: Little siblings have an annoying tendency to pick up bad influences without discretion, and it's best to shield them from it even if gradually removing parts of that shield.

Hooray for your good luck, though. Hope you have a lot of fun with that and that it helps you to relieve the stress everyday life places on you. :)

I just edited the entry to explain a bit better.

This is the first time in my life I’ve actually been allowed to have such a game. It took my mom a whole day to decide if I could get it. And you’re not alone about being allowed to play such games…My mom gets picky about E games. DX

And about the game…I don’t know yet. I ordered it off of Amazon and it’ll take about a week to get here. And then it’ll be another week or two until I can actually play cause of the moving.

It wasn’t a case of whether or not my parents saw me growing up or not, I think it’s just a one case thing. I’ve been really helpful through the moving problems and helping her out while she sick, so she kind of wanted to pay me back I think. Also, when I will be moving, and hopefully the computer will go into my own room, I will not allow my brothers to watch me, and if they bug me about it, I’ll falcon punch them. :P I am such a good influence on my brothers as it is…LOL.

Ah, since I am twelve, I obviously don't play M rated games, but since I have posted in every one of your new blog entries, I won't break my record now  . I can't wait to see your AC#15 entry, though I won't vote for you as I have entered.

I envy you I was really close to getting this game for the 360 a week ir two ago I had to choose between it and Devil May Cry 4 it took me about 15 minuits to decide Devil May Cry 4 although I was returning some games and I got 75% off because of it and it didn't occur to me to get Assasins Creed with the leftover money...I'm such a dummy.

Actually, a lot of us have problems with parents like that. -.- I'm 14, my mother is still worried about buying me E games labeled with "cartoon violence". ><

But that game is, from everything I've heard, awesome. Once you upgrade to meet the requirements, let me know how it is, kay?

Also, please tell me the arab forces have more than that one curvy sword.
