So Resev won I see. It was not because D-Exo allowed him to, but it was the will of the people who they think seem better. It is a high posibility people didn't vote so much of D-Exo because of his ways of torchering people to vote for him. Don't correct me on it because it is true. The way to own people's vote is a nice way of persuading them through politeness.

Overall, the data that has been collected have been proven that the true winner is Resev no matter what you think the majority votes has been decided among the people. So yes, Resev won congratulations, and also you D-Exo still congratz of being in the polls.
