Yah so I doodled up something the other day which I figure I may as well enter into the weapons contest.

 

But it needs a name.

 

It's a blaster-type-thingy, you know, generic energy shooter, with a shield/guard attached to it. Fits over the hand/forearm. Ambiguous controls inside. Fancy mechanical pencil hatching, but that's not important.

 

I suppose I'm just asking for a bunch of silly suggestions, but... :\

Simple: Write something in Latin, spell it backwards, throw in some Pacific Island language roots, jumble the letters, spell it backward again, and you have a name.

 

I, for one, am a fan of "Ambiguity Gun," though. =P
