First of all, I would like to say that as long as a topic is alive, it's eligible to win MOCotW.

Second, I'd like to say that I do indeed pick the MOCotW winner, and that recommendations (although helpful to a MOC) do not dictate which one I pick for the winner. I'm not sure many of you understand this. You seem to think that I'll pick the winner solely because of recommendations, and that just isn't the case. Also, if so many of you think that other choices would have been better, why didn't you recommend them to me?

Third; Toa Velox, CzaR's name is in blue because the MOCotW he won that second time was a special edition MOCotW.

Finally, if these comments and attitudes are going to continue for MOCotW, I'll just flat out stop doing it. The MOCotW page will be removed from nathan8472.com, and the contest will cease to continue. I don't think any of you would really want that to happen. I know that some of you may disagree with my choices for MOCotW, but I request that a little more respect is shown to myself and to the winner. Instead of complaining about the winning MOC or mentioning what would've been better choices, I'd prefer that you congratulate the winner and keep truly negative comments (which can hurt) to yourself. If necessary, you can PM them to me, but I'd appreciate it if you kept them out of my blog.
