The heat today is unbearable. I'm stuck inside mostly, with nothing to do. I'd love to go in the pool but its freezing cold. Like jump in and race out in ten seconds cold. Blah. <_<

And of course with being stuck inside comes my mom's unstoppable nagging for me to do my summer homework assignments. Its not that bad I guess, I'm almost done with one subject. It would help if my computer would stop randomly dieing though. I think the heat in my room is starting to get to it too.

Anyways I'm going away for summer camp next week, in case anybody wants to know. We're leaving Sunday morning so maybe I should start packing soon... Nah, maybe tomorrow. :P

A few minutes in a freezing pool would cool you right down. Or maybe you could just sit on the ladder or deck and cool your legs in the water. That usually works for me.

 

Then you could work on your summer assignments. The sooner you get them done, the sooner you can enjoy your summer without them hanging over you head. (Can you tell I'm a mom? :P )

Thanks for the advice, I'll be sure to try it once I get back from camp. I've always been a procrastinator, and I have to push myself to not wait until the night before the assignment is due to do it.

 

P.S.- You're a mom? :blink:

I'm sorry if that sounded rude at all, it just sort of surprised me that there would be a mom on BZP. Sorry. :unsure:
