Those are the feet? Looks pretty mecha-ish, the fact that you used mainly Technic pieces adds more to that effect. Maybe add some armour to make them lean. Also, is the rod just temporary? It's a bit too long.

 

Yeah, Legs/feet. The rod isn't actually temporary. I've started on the body of the mecha, and if I shorten the rod, I have to redesign the body. It dosn't look too long. I've added some more pics to my WiP post.

The brown pieces are ment to represent leather armor, but I'm probably going to replace them with silver/black pieces.

-Malchior-: His lower arms has an obvious hole, that I would like you to full out. The upper hand goes like this:

I know about the hole, but if I fill it in, the MOC has virtually no elbow movement. However if I can get him in a good pose without having to bend the elbow much, I'll fill them in.

@~Konta~: It seems a little too wide. From what I can tell of the ref pics, he's got a thick (but not wide) body, large shoulders, and huge arms. Your MOC's head looks a little too small, and the torso is definately too wide (especially the pelvis area). I like the design of the lower arms, but I think the rest of his body needs to be smaller in comparison to them. Also, he needs a lot more blue. A lot more.

Not to be rude, but could you make a rule not to post contest entries? I don't want people posting WIPs of their entries, 'cause it's unfair to get advise when other people might not be able to.

I mean, I guess it's ok, but I really don't think it's fair to those not in this club. It's the same thing for the Epics Critics Club. We weren't allowed to review [i'm a critic, hence the 'we'] any epics for the contest until it was over to make it fair . . .

If anyone wants advice on their MOCs, they are free to join this club and post it here. Think of this as a utility. You use it to your benefit, and it's up to you to not use it. How come you weren't able to review the epics? As long as you reviewed (or gave the option to review) the epic, I don't see how it isn't fair to review them. Anyone can join this club and participate in the disscussions it holds and such. I think it is very fair to allow members to post their WIPs in here, especially if said members aren't Primier memebers and don't have a blog. Isn't it unfair if I don't give them the ability to reccieve criticism?

The only thing wrong I can see is the hips, they look to bulky for the rest of the MOC.
