Honestly it's not funny. Luigi making people look like Luigi is not funny. Monty Python is funny. The quality of the explosions in the original Star Trek is funny. Someone who really has the middle name "Danger" is funny. This is not funny.

It's from the PC game known as Mario is Missing. Luigi looked like that in the game.
