... to my Brand New Blog! Granted, it bears more than a passing resemblance to my old blog. But you'll notice it has a new name! And, as any marketing executive will tell you, that makes it New! and Improved!

The Hog Hole. Does that warrant an explanation? Yes, it does. Does the explanation make sense? Only to me, my friends, only to me. Do you want to know it? Of course you do! You're human! (That is, if you're human. One can never tell in this brave new world of the Internet.) Now, without further ado or annoying rhetorical questions, let me satisfy your morbid curiosity.

As I've mentioned elsewhere, I have a little thing for hedgehogs. Just a little thing, mind you, not like a certain empress and her puffins. And... that's about it, actually. And, yes, I did choose the name for its potential for humour. Which was rather clever of me, in my own humble opinion. If you don't think it's funny now, you will. As soon as my brain (or, more than likely, your brain) comes up with something funny to say about it.

I'm not going to go the hole hog with this. (That was humour! Admit it!) I'm not going to spruce up my blog (or, in current parlance, "pimp my blog") with a lot of hedgehog-related material, or anything else for that matter. For your obvious information, this is a No-Frills Blog. No hot features need apply. (Until such time, of course, as I decide to create hot features.) You'll notice even my short story banners run off the edge on the right. Now that's no-frills. It's also very sloppy, but cut me some slack; I'm bacheloring it here.
