Nobody in this house will leave me alone! I'm trying to get as much writing done as possible before I go to college, but people keep bothering me and turning on QVC when I try. Grrr.

But that's not what the title refers to. Today I went with my dad to see The Dark Knight (third time seeing it, and it's still just as awesome). It was fairly amusing, because there was a big storm going on, and right in the middle of the trailer for The Spirit, the power went out. A worker told us to go to the lobby, but when we were halfway out, everything came back on, so it was good.

Anyway, as I was saying, when we got out of the theater, I called for a ride (my dad didn't drive; don't ask, long story). It was still raining, though not nearly as hard. But I ran into someone from my English class this past year for the second time this summer, who I would've bet my life I would never see again. First time was at Target, while I was Mistika hunting. For those who may recall, this was the same person on my Lord of the Flies Survivor tribe that I wanted to vote off, but feared her wrath. We always did have a slight love-hate relationship, but things got tense during that Survivor game.

And, of course, my father's been teasing me about it since. Still, it was weird, since that's the only person I've run into this summer from school, save those at that graduation party last week.
