Out Of Hand!

Alright guys. I know this is my fault.

BUT-

Colour layering is not the only effective and good-looking way to organize the colours on a MOC.

Colour grouping can often look fantastic (where you 'group' the colours on a MOC together, all the red in one spot, the black in another, etc).

There's colour detailing, 'flair', etc to be taken into account as well. Sometimes, there are people who wear a blue shirt, with a red jacket, and the red jacket has blue detailing.

And vehicles and riders do not have to match. Do people tend to match their vehicles by colour? No. And to differentiate in pictures, it's really handy to make the two separate colours.

Think about it.

I agree. It's too bad that whenever I try to use different coloring patterns, I get slammed. Oh well. Maybe I'll try again after Maxilos. Thanks for the comment, by the way. I'll definitely be using some of those suggestions. :)

Go high standars of colour layering, super custom, flow, size, part count, and member popularity!!!! NOT!

Could you expound upon this?

Yeah... the last one is the only thing that shouldn't matter... >_>

Make sure to use the one I took pictures of! It's my favourite, and makes the MOC so much smoother!

Man, I love smooth.

I bet you do. ^_^

Anyway, I only knew about colour balancing and layering. Never thought of the above. Should maybe try it...

If the last one mattered, there'd not be people getting fifty or sixty replies per Toamod.
