I've thought about doing...things...that would be slightly dishonest. Like buying two Pohatu's from Wal-Mart and then returning one to Target in place of a Kopaka. I'm not proud, but at the same time...it's just riddiculous. I bit on the $12.99 for the Mistika. But now you want to take old sets and increase their price by almost 30%?

Ridiculous as it is, you'd feel really terrible afterwards if you did it.

Actually, I think that's legal. Isn't it called price matching or something? Though it is dishonest since you won't be telling them of where you got the other one and want to do a trade. On the other hand, who are they to know where you got the other one, or what the big difference is? I'd say go for it, it's like receiving a gift and not knowing where it came from so you go to the closest store to trade it in.

Anyway, the price increase on the Phantoka (and Avi-Matoran ) has been forewarned for many months now. I think you should start coming online to BZP a little more often....

I knew the price increase was coming down the road, but I didn't expect stores to actually do it. The Phantoka are now rotting on store shelves because of it.

Wouldn't it be easier to look for Kopaka Phantoka on eBay? Surely Froogle can find a store somewhere that is still selling him at the original price.
