A Mistikan Thought

As you may or may not have guessed, I bought Krika and Onua today (or rather, sent Lai out to do the shopping for me). I'm really quite happy with them; Onua is one of the better '08 Toa Nuva sets, and Krika is just plain awesome. I would say more, but really, what needs to be said?

Oh yes, like I showed above, Krika's Ghostblaster fires a lot further than Onua's, not to mention is louder.

Okay, which one of them should I get? I really need to decide.

Onua. He looks really good once built (LEGO's promo images rarely make a set look good), more value for money piece-wise, not to mention that he's ONUA. That makes him instantly awesome.

So it's better if it makes a *boom* inside your house? :P

Yeah, that's why I like the Nynrah.

I still strongly reccommend Onua. :D On the other hand, Krika is pretty good in his own right, but given how few pieces he has in comparison to the others, he should be cheaper.

You Aussies are wierd. My red nynrah bladders almost NEVER work.

It might just be Krika's. Similarly, Gali's works really well, but Onua's and Tahu's just fail. :(

As xccj once said, We're backwards.

NO, THEY ARE.

Interesting thing I found out while I was making *ka-fail!* Mk 2. Previously, the Nynrah on my Onua wouldn't work as well as for Bitil (hardly surprising, it IS Bitil, after all). But all I did was switch from one of the gun metal Nynrah to the other gun metal Nynrah, and instantaneously it started working great.

*shrug*

@Dlaks: No, considering that the majority of BZPers are North American or European,we're the majority so YOU'RE backwards. :P

But chances are, the vast majority of Australian members have actually USED their accounts at some point or another, unlike the massive number of American accounts which have never posted or been active since they joined. So YOU're backwards. :P

Funny, I've noticed the exact same thing with Krika. One blast works excellently, the other just fails.

...Nooo, TONS of americans/european have used their accounts. AND there's no aussie on staff. HAH.

Wrong. MORE TONS haven't used their accounts. And I'm pretty sure there's at least one Australian staffperson, who apparently used to have a high-up position on BZP's divison site BZPower.com.au.

Oh, yes. Australians used to have their own subsidiary of BZPower. HAH.

Too true. What Australians are there?

Okay, this could take a while. I don't memorise names off by heart, so this is just what I barely remember.

  • Myself
  • Phyoohrii
  • You
  • Aoran
  • Several people who hang around Artwork III
  • Someone by the name of "Master Reidak"
  • Several other guys I don't know.

Not very conclusive, is it?

Anyway, again I point to the former existence of the old bzpower.com.au. :D

Well, my Krika's blaster works great, but my Gali's hardly works at all. Onua's works well too.

It just varies between figures, as the soft darts are easily mismolded.

lol. not very conclusive, that also means theres heaps more.

Funny, that. :P

It's also interesting to note that most of those who I did name have worked with sprite comics at some point or another.

Speaking of which, if you're reading this Aoran, are you working on a new comic for The Newsroom?
