I wish I had a good, technical reason for it, but the only I reason he's the one in the tank is he was the first Matoran I grabbed. (When you have a brother glaring at you, you don't have time to carefully choose which Bionicle to steal off his shelf.)

It only gets rid of spam. It's unfortunately useless against Bohrok. Wait until version 3.4...that'll have more defenses.
