Spam is fine in the blogs (though still incredibly annoying). However, posting two comments in a row, or posting the same basic comment multiple times is not (that's not really something you can do in an entry though, just as a commenter). So, I guess we'd be allowed to spam our brains out in the blogs, even if it really ticks off the staff.
