No, like an item. One-use, but a faster, narrower Zero Lazer. Or a ground based Aura Storm/beam.

Yeah, that would be great. But, from what I've heard, those people who came up with shoops da whoop can get pretty narky about the use of thier property. On a vaguely related note, why wasn't Mudkip a Poké Ball Pokémon?
