Random Vocabulary Word of the Day:

Defenestration- The act of throwing something or someone out a window.

Yeah... just a wierd word I found that caught my fancy while doing some Euro homework, and I thought I'd share it with you. Enjoy.

Announcement: From now on, all Blog rule violators shall be defenestrated into the muaka pit.

Why does this word ring a bell to me? It seems like I've used it before. (The actual word, not just the action, which is a given, really)

Fact of the day: If anyone, ever, anywhere, has a word of the day/week/year, one of the words will be defenestration, even if there is only one word given in the series.

Not sure I can help there. I found it while reading about the "Defenestration of Prague" for history homework. Perhaps you also read it somewhere?

Seriously?

change the rule by adding "into the muaka pit" at the end..

Thanks for the suggestion, the rule has now been officially changed.

Also, I may continue doing this word of the week thing, if I can find enough interesting words, or I don't forget about by tomorrow.

Sesquipedalion... oh, I should know that one! One of my old English teachers used it all the time... if only I could remember now... Did it have something to do with words with many syllables perhaps?

The rest I'm currently clueless on, I have to look them up...
