That depends on the player. I'm addicted, although of course it's not as bad as the addiction you referenced. Just like any other video game. :P

Oh and if you still can't get Pearl by the end of the year, you could always get platinum in April. =/

And I think that's what comes with Pearl. A Legendary Water Pokemon. Right?

 

What kind of Legendary comes with Daimond? Do we know what comes with Platinum?

 

Sorry for all the questions. I'm trying to absorb info so I can talk to mum and decide which gen. 5 game I should get. :P

Yeah, Pearl has Palkia, a Dragon/Water type. Diamond has Dialga, a Dragon/Steel (awesome combo BTW). Platinum has both. :]

 

But Diamond And pearl include other Pokémon exclusive to themselves as well. Like Cranidos (D) and Shieldon (P).

 

BTW it's gen 4. ;)

You might wanna wait until Platinum. It's going to be a looooot better than D/P. Move tutors, new movesets, new Pokemon forms (Rotom, Giratina, and Shaymin). Yeah, it's going to be gooooood. Also, Torn World FTW.

You might wanna wait until Platinum. It's going to be a looooot better than D/P. Move tutors, new movesets, new Pokemon forms (Rotom, Giratina, and Shaymin). Yeah, it's going to be gooooood. Also, Torn World FTW.

Platinum doesn't have all the Pokémon, no. That would require like 7 other games if you want to do it yourself. o.o' But with the Wi-Fi, you don't need to do that.

 

Yeah, there's 493 Pokémon.

 

And yes, Rhydon's in DP, and I'm certain it's in Platinum too. :)

I agwee with Laka. Platinum will be worth waiting for.

 

Also, Pokemon isn't really addictive. It's very fun, but I wouldn't say it's addictive.
