Last time that happened, I went crazy about 20 minutes until realizing I had uploads going on. I usually cap them all at "1", but I forgot. They were flying out at a total of like 450.

Torrents require patience, don't let them get to you.

Sometimes they come in fast, then later in the day they come in slow.

Internet providers like to play games as well, shifting bandwidth around so all the customers are happy SOME of the time.
