Such Sorrow

My Xbox360 officially bit the dust today. I can't even get anything to load without getting the Red Lights of Death. I don't know what happened to it; it was so faithful to me. Many a night we sat together into the early hours of day playing the latest gaming masterpiece. Now, I will be deprived of gaming-goodness for atleast a month, as I send my love off to the Land of Microsoft so that they may take my console into their loving grasp and fix it so that we may once again play together. Oh, what am I going to do! It saddens me so.

My, that was enough drama to last a high school class for a month.

But yeah, next few weeks will be reaaally boring. Although, I should be starting training for my job soon, so atleast I can start making money. Heck, I might as well read some books too.

*Stewie Griffin's fake cry* Waah, waah, it seems as if you won't have anything to do for another month, and who reads books?! *conclusion of Stewie's fake cry* Dude, it seriously bad. Almost everyone I know who has a 360, including myself, the 360's are starting to freeze. I guess I got the only working 1 since I returned my old broken one :P . Anyway, good luck with getting another one.

Oh, I won't be getting a new one. I'm sending mine to Microsoft so that they can fix it. I'm thinking the problem is in the Hard Drive though, but the guy I talked to said it couldn't be because the Xbox still froze/wouldn't start when the HD wasn't on. But, I found out I'm still under the warranty. Once I send it back to them I get a 3 month extention as well.

I pray I don't have to replace the HD. You know how ticked I would be. All my 30+ games, CDs, Xbox Live info, 6000+ gamerpoints. I can't imagine what I would do if I lost all of it.

How sad... although I've heard of many an Xbox360 biting the dust.

Of, course if you get too bored you can always face me in Metroid Prime: Hunters... I still have to get payback for you're killing me with the power beam... it has cursed me ever since. :P

Haha, sure thing. I could probably get on later on Saturday, depending on whether I'm at the house or not. :P

But, I know a lot of people were having problems with 360s sooner after they were released, but again, I've had this for nearly 6 months, so why would it suddenly flair up? -Waz

My Gamecube had lasted atleast 4 years. I can't remember how long I've had it. I'm sure it's still going, I just sold it to my spanish teacher so I don't know how it's doing for sure. :P

I just read that Microsoft is offering to fix all Xbox360s suffering from the red-lights-of-doom.

Google it, I'm pretty sure there's a lengthy article somewhere. :)
