Once again I'd like to welcome everyone, now straight to more business.
The fifth article proposed by Toa_Ausar is as follows:
Toa_Ausar hereby proposes that the following rough sketch be adopted as the preliminary map of "The C.I.R.C.L.E. Universe", however in the interest of full disclosure it should be noted that at this time Toa_Ausar is also planning to add the Dome of Mora Nui and the Dome of Navas Nui, just as soon as their respective creators tell him where they are located.
Now, feel free to discuss this proposal in this thread and then vote.
All in favor vote "AYE".
All opposed vote "NAY".
The sixth article proposed by Em-Oh-Cee-Ehr is as follows:
Em-Oh-Cee-Ehr hereby proposes that we move "The C.I.R.C.L.E. Universe" into its own alternate, parallel dimension. There the members of "The C.I.R.C.L.E." can then create their own version of the past and future by deciding as a group what events either did or did not take place from the Canon Storyline, etc.
Now, feel free to discuss this proposal in this thread and then vote.

And with that said, I open this thread up for discussion on the various articles for the proposed enhancement of this joint storyline.
Please be sure to vote on both articles in this thread.
Also, note that this discussion and the corresponding voting will end at 1200 PDT (Noon in the Pacific Time Zone) on Monday December 22nd, 2008 provided that at least 3/4 of C.I.R.C.L.E. members have voted at that point.
Lastly, all verified members will be notified of the results via PM as well as when there are other blog threads where authors can vote on the proposals surrounding the formation of C.I.R.C.L.E. and what that entails.
