Yeeugsh, I've had one from Monday all the way until late Friday.

I hate making yummy food then having to tilt my head sideways and place two fingers at a certain point on my neck just to get it down without passing out.

My best advice is take two aspirin and go out, yes, into the open air for awhile.

Sitting in your house feeling poopy is pretty detrimental to getting better, both mentally and because you're in sicky, stagnant air.

It's not hard getting the food down..it just hurts so much. My mom's taking me to the doctor today to see if I have strep throat.

I would take your advice to get outside, but unfortunately, it's literally freezing out there, because there's snow everywhere.

Colloidal silver works, ye, but I suggest lobelia tea.
