He means his boss is being a bit agressive and foolish. And you know something, teachers are like that. But they never realize it. EVER.

Just the cumulative effects of being ignored, shoved into a corner, disregarded, and totally overlooked. I used to run the web department, now I'm relegated to working on projects I used to assign entry-level interns to do.

I really, really need me a new job. It's getting to me.

Whoa. Talk about suspense. The way you remebered all those facts (first paragraph) and described it down so well, then kept the reader in suspense the whole article, inserting those paragraphs into the larger picture..

Yeah, I read that article and was hoping you'd have your sights on something better soon. Which I still do. It's no fun when your work turns into the Dilbert live action movie, though without the humour.

Anyways, reminds me of my dad... He REALLY needs a new job. He's a ship builder, so every day he goes home with at least one new injury due to accidents and low-attention-spanned co-workers.
