Yes, but it's pretty useless compared to my (custom) laser assault rifle.

I found the Alien Blaster. It's easier to get, and it one shots pretty much everything.

Now go find the Firelance ;D

But the Firelance only appears in a random encounter!

Also, I just ran out of ammo for the alien blaster >.<
