30 Printers
Hooray for making customers angry!
So yesterday, early in the day I answered a phone call, a customer calling and asking for the model number and price of all of our printers.
We have at least 30 different printers.
Needless to say, there was no way that would have happened.
So I politely told her that due to the amount that we have, it would be much better for her to come into the store. Then she just wanted the price and model number on our most expensive HP Printer.
Then she wanted the manager. So, I made a page for management to pick up the call on line #1.
She hung up.
Apparently, she didn't want to complain about me anyway.
Later when I told my manager, he just laughed at what happened, he would have told her the same thing I did. He would have told her to come into the store, no associate is going write down that many prices and model numbers for 30 different printers!
