I once was a turkey and I gnawed my own leg off

It was really chewy so I fried it and ate it

I wasn't stranded on an island but it tasted oh so good

And that's why they call me Turkey Joe (I have a pegleg!)

'Cause I gnawed off my real one and it tasted really quite good

So now I'll gnaw off my wattle
