Once again I'd like to welcome everyone, now straight to more business.

 

 

The thirty-second article proposed by Toa_Ausar is as follows:

Toa_Ausar hereby proposes that "TOA" Kohila be promoted to the position of "TURAGA" and be granted all the powers and privileges thereof.

The thirty-third article proposed by Toa_Ausar & Cap'n K is as follows:

Toa_Ausar & Cap'n K, after brief deliberation with all of the current "C.I.R.C.L.E. Members", hereby nominate Koji to the position of "MATORAN CHRONICLER" and de facto secondary tie-breaker.

And with that said, I open this thread up for discussion on the various articles for the proposed expansion of our group and subsequent enhancement of our joint storyline.

 

Please be sure to vote on all five articles in this thread.

 

Also, note that this discussion and the corresponding voting will end at 1200 PST (Noon in the Pacific Time Zone) on Monday, March 9th, 2009 provided that all of the newly nominated C.I.R.C.L.E. members and at least 3/4 of existing C.I.R.C.L.E. members have voted at that point.

 

Lastly, all current and newly verified C.I.R.C.L.E. members will be notified of the results via the all-new C.I.R.C.L.E. Results Overview & Discussion thread, however for this particular round of voting the nominees will also be notified via PM as well. Also, when there are other blog threads where authors can vote on the proposals surrounding the details of C.I.R.C.L.E., that communication will still happen via PM. ;)

At this point Kohila is a "C.I.R.C.L.E. TOA" that I'm proposing be promoted, meanwhile the other four are not yet members of "The C.I.R.C.L.E." but hope to be so as a result of this round of voting. ;)

All in all, we have a good team going on. I am personally glad fro Kohilas exploits in creating a C.I.R.C.L.E. Official Guide, it will help many of us with knowing our fellows stories. My hand goes out to you, you deserve the promotion. (One of my biggest reasons for wanting a C.I.R.C.L.E. Official Guide is, I love to place easter eggs to other stories.)

Just one question: why is Koji to be the Matoran Chronicler, and not just an ordinary one?

 

Other than that - congratulations to everyone. I love Cap'n Kopakasdfgh and Auserv's works especially. (Maybe I'll post in the review Topics soon, LOL.) I should probably read the other Epics.

I assume that you actually intended to vote on all stated articles, however ... :P

 

Anyway, the reason that Lord Koji: Fallen Knight is nominated as "MATORAN CHRONICLER" is two-fold:

  1. That particular position is vacant as a result of Article 4a and thus needs to be filled.
  2. With 22.6% of the total vote, he was, by an extremely narrow margin, the winner of a secret ballot involving all nine of the current "C.I.R.C.L.E. Members" to determine which of the five prospective nominees should be given that privilege.
Lastly, you are correct, the mysterious expansion article hinted at last week is indeed Kohila's prospective promotion. :lol:

Actually, I did notice the "C.I.R.C.L.E. Logo" change. :P I just didn't bring it up because I found no need to. I will admit, however, that it seemed weird to see everyone do a seat-flip in the logo. :lol:

Funny thing is that i noticed that aswell but i didnt think anything of it, strange.

Honestly, my idea of promoting Kohila had virtually nothing to do with his "Official Guide To The C.I.R.C.L.E. Universe", rather it's a result of his tireless efforts to integrate his story into mine, beginning over a year ago, and very much around the same time that Ballom and I began forging an "Epic Alliance" ourselves, that has now grown into this little thing we call "The C.I.R.C.L.E.". ;)

 

Anyway, we're simply waiting on the necessary vote from at least Auserv: Toa-Kal of Emotion (and possibly Tarth, Erebus: Toa of Darkness, Toa Talvak, none, or all) to make these confirmation results for the first "C.I.R.C.L.E. Expansion" official. :fonz:

  • BIONICLE Graphic Novel # 4: Trial by Fire (Hardcover)
  • BIONICLE: The Secret of Certavus
  • BIONICLE: Desert of Danger
  • BIONICLE Graphic Novel # 5: The Battle of Voya Nui (Hardcover)
  • BIONICLE: Raid on Vulcanus
  • BIONICLE Graphic Novel # 6: The Underwater City (Hardcover)
  • BIONICLE: The Legend Reborn (i.e. BIONCLE Movie #4)
I didn't count the comics because they're free in the mail and thus require little effort to acquire. ;)

 

Anyway, if you know of any titles that I'm missing, please let me know. :???:
