If he's not anymore, then why does it say there's still somebody with the name?

It says taht there was a person who was called Rorschach but they change their name;

More importantly, why does the name change page say there's somebody with the name Rorschach, but the member list doesn't?

The name change page says that. The member list only shows the person's current username.

At least I think so.
