Minor back condition?

No back pain, just behind the knee pain which seems to extend all the way through my leg ><

If it hurts like this in the morning then I'm going to probably tell someone about it... cuz pain generally means that something's wrong.

It's fine now, still hurts, but the medical expert (Not really a doctor anymore, so yeah) said all I did was strain the muscles in my leg, of which I will never remember the names of.
