Beyond My Normal Blogging
I am going to laugh when this entry receives no comments.
I really believe that people should view life in more than their own perspective.
Humans are animals - literally. I don't care how many differences there are, or that you disagree with me. Our biological structure could be a lot different. Animals all have hair, limbs, organs, etc. Or at least most of them. Honestly, we could differ a lot more than we currently do from our animal brethren. So I don't think we should all act like we're so different, and ultimately better than animals. Pay more attention that you currently do. Animals are everywhere, believe it or not, and we could all treat them with more care.
That being said, lots of the events in our life that seem so dramatic and exciting, whatever, can all be traced back to completely normal animal behavior. Like, for example, one sex impresses another of the opposite (though not in all cases) sex. Animals do this by using mating calls, etc. Humans really do do this; no matter how strange or dramatic (sorry to be redundant) they seem, they're honestly really simple things.
Thinking of that helps me think clearer when doing simple actions like homework, etc. This can be immediately traced to simple human future, you know that you have to do it to get into a good College, then get a job, but at the time, we humans just think, "aww man, I'd really rather do something else" and put off doing what we NEED to do to do something that we ENJOY to do. Usually when humans do this, they're not thinking about their future at all, just the present. Which is another normal human behavior, but still seems a bit strange as, as far as I know, animals will always do things like building a nest or hunting rather than sleeping or lounging all day. Which I guess is a way that we do differ; intelligence is an amazing gift, but from what I've seen, humanity's growing intelligence is ultimately leading to our downfall.
And reviewing my points above, when doing things like homework, thinking of how the whole world fits into place by mere coincidences, and how some other people are doing something that helps someone else do something that helps me be where I am. And sometimes it just seems like I'm a tiny speck that doesn't matter; just living on Earth, adding to the great puzzle. Sometimes I almost just want to give up; what would it matter? Almost no one would know. My life would end; but billions of others would keep going on, uninterrupted.
So sometimes you just don't have to think of yourself or people immediate to you. Sometimes, you have to think of existence as a whole.
