Google Video
The really cool thing about Google video is that it lets you download any movie you can find into a file compatible with iTunes and whatnot. Furthermore, in iTunes, you can change the properties for any movie and turn it into a music video, which can then play in your list of songs and can be burned onto a CD as an actual song file.
So I've been able to find old music videos on Google video and download them and convert them into music files on iTunes. For like no cost. It sounds alot like pirating... but I can't see anything illegal here, especially since must of the "music videos" are just fan hashed animations with music. And any extra sound (like gunshots or dialogue from the music video) are also included. And there's not always a great selection. But from now on, when I want a new song I'll search there first.
On this note, I found this one song set to clips from some anime called "Evangelion" Some of you may know about it. Anyway, I downloaded it for the song, and didn't bother to watch the video that went with the audio. I just took the time to watch through it and... man, that's one gory cartoon. Like, really, this is the kind of sick stuff people always argue about when talking about violence in Bionicle... AKA what Bionicle doesn't have. I must convert it into a purely music file, because I don't want that kind of movie on my iPod.
