I'm excited too. I never had the money to buy Gold/Silver back when it was released, so I think I'll pass on Platinum and get one of these instead.

I do have Gold however I only acquired it last year and since then have played it awkwardly and forgotten almost the whole storyline. Playing it with the older graphics is nostalgic and awesome, but using the updated features in D+P will be very nice.

This is good and bad. It's good because, well, c'mon, it's a remake of Gold and Silver!

Bad because it might throw me back into the world of Pokemon again. *shivers*
