Sweet! FFXI didn't really seem like the best, IMO, so it's going to be good to have this. Though, I've been hearing stuff about XIII before XII even came out, so I've been a bit confused about the fact that they're already making it. Anyways, I'm glad you got it!

Not only does it have a schway case, but it comes with a bonus disc with special material of which I have not viewed yet (cuz of the uber excitement of the game). There is also 2 different guides as well, collectorss and regular. I got the collector's edition, which comes with an artbook of the characters, weapons, espers (totemas), and airships.

Anyway, all that extra stuff seems neat.

After much consideration, I decided to go with the "standard" version. Mostly because the cool artbook came with the guide as opposed to the game. And since I just got the game, it wouldn't be right to already have the means to beat it right in front of me.

I'm about four hours in now, and am considering setting the battle system to Active. Wait seems a bit slow, and the one time I was in Active things got REAL hectic (to the point where I'm yelling at my gambited characters)
