Apparently I missed a lot. I don't know how, but I think it had something to do with the volume of the theater. I don't really remember a lot as I guess I couldn't pick up on it due to the volume/unclear wording.

 

But yeah it still wasn't that good after that. The twins and college parts were pretty unnecessary and there were way too many characters. Instead of the twins, some one like Sideswipe or Arcee should have come along with Sam and co. and gahd I hated the twins so much. So much crude humor that didn't make me laugh at all, and ruined the movie. I could hear the younger kids laughing at all the jokes and funny moments though. >>

 

And I wanted to see more older bots like Jetfire. He was the <333333333 Curbstomping people and having a cane. =3

 

At least is made a lot of money so there will be a third. ^^ All it needs is some Beast Wars. :D

I freaking loved that show. Waspinator is required in movie story! My friend was asking why Waspinator couldn't be in the Movie story, and I said that they seem to be avoiding Beast Wars homages so far. Blackarachnia is also required!

Oh man, just imagine how they did King Kong and use that for all the beast modes. Then the pistony stuff (with less pistons and more hairy panels) for robot mode. Oh man. :3

I imagine it more as using the same tech utilized by Alice to maintain her human mode. A skin that disappears when revealing the mechanical beast mode, then it transforms into robot mode.

 

Or they could just do what they've been doing so far and have beast modes as purely mechanoid designs such as Ravage and Scorponok.

ohhhhh I see what you're getting at. That would be interesting, I just think it would be unrealistic to a lot and they would complain about the lack of "animal parts" the robots had, like compared to the vehicles.

 

I'd rather not that last option though. Seems kinda lame. =\

Forgive me if I'm wrong, it's been a while, but weren't they obviously mechanical in the show? That's how I remember it.

-Completely unrelated to current discussion-

I saw it last night at a drive in theater where the drunk guy in the car next to us was laughing at everything anybody said, and repeated it. And i agree that they didn't really need all the crude humor in it.

And the fight between Optimus and the Fallen was not epic like it should of been.

They were look like toys. Not really mechanical, but not really animals either. Not really defined, so open to a lot of assuming.
