I really hope that nobody forces Greg to explain that one.

It might mean that the GBs tampered all Skopio to be that way, based on how Telluris rode on his Skopio VX1

Or it might mean that Telluris wanted to make a Skopio based vehicle because he saw that his armour matched the brains of a Skopio, and he would camouflage on his vehicle

Either way I'm scared.
