shouldn't need more than 60/72 and even that's pushing it.

I do 256 just for the 11111111 relation and the shock factor, mainly.

That and sending it to others to render or put into Pepakura is hilarious when they go LOLWUT SO MANY FOLDS.

This is the best I could get, though that is my own model.

Or you could use Kerkythea, which is freeware and awesomesauce.
